Responsibilities We’re looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join our London-based team. We’re a small team that is growing quickly and you’ll play an integral part of that growth. You’ll work as part of a team, delivering client engagements with considerable contact with our clients. As an Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll have post graduate work experience and your role will include:
  • Developing strategies to help clients deliver their projects successfully and transform performance
  • Helping clients understand how their projects are performing and helping them intervene when things go wrong
  • Working alongside our clients, providing them with strategic advice and insight
  • Participating in the development of our business and supporting in the preparation of bids and proposals
  • Supporting the operational management and development of our team
Requirements We are interested in candidates from a range of sectors and whilst it would be ideal, you don’t necessarily need prior experience in a consulting environment. As an integral member of our team, you’ll:
  • Engineering, quantity surveying or construction/major projects background is ideal but not essential
  • Recently gained or working toward professional qualifications
  • Be passionate about infrastructure and major projects
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Be highly motivated, self-starting, curious and have a hunger to learn and develop yourself
  • Be agile and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and be able to apply yourself to new situations
  • Be self-aware, enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with others
  • Have experience in one or more of the following areas: business case and feasibility, procurement, project setup, contracts and commercial management, project controls, monitoring and reporting, governance, assurance, turnaround, disputes
  • Have solid analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in data analysis techniques and technology (e.g. Excel, PowerBI)
